Prize draw competition

Terms and Conditions

1. Entry into this free prize draw (“Prize Draw”) implies acceptance of these rules. The owners of Heritage Estate Agents reserve the right to amend these rules at any time.

2. No purchase is necessary for entry into the Prize Draw.

3. The promoter (“Promoter”) is Heritage Estate Agents

4. The Prize Draw is open to any residents in the UK only.

5. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of Heritage Estate Agents or any associated company, their direct family members or any persons directly or indirectly connected with Heritage Estate Agents or running of the prize draw or the provision of any of the prizes.

6. To be eligible for entry into the Prize Draw, entrants must Follow @heritageestate on Twitter and Retweet the competition post. On Facebook, to be eligible you must like the Heritage Estate Agents Facebook page (or have already liked) and you must share also the competition post.

7. Multiple entries will be invalidated and only one entry included in the Prize Draw.

8. Use of a false name and/or Twitter account (e.g. a false account that is not owned by a human being) Heritage Estate Agents reserves the absolute right to disqualify any entrant which it considers, at its sole discretion, has used improper means to enter the prize draw.

9. Winners will be selected at random by an independent judge. The first valid entry drawn will be the winner, unless under the age of 18 years. A winner under the age of 18 years old will be automatically disqualified and another winner will be drawn.

10. The judge‘s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

11. The prize is for a 16GB iPad Mini

12. The prize is not transferable and may not be redeemed for a cash alternative or sold to any other person.

13. The winner will be contacted directly via Twitter or Facebook on Monday 13^th July 2015 after 6pm. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time (to be established by Heritage Estate Agents at its sole discretion) Heritage Estate Agents reserves the right to re-draw a winner and thereafter until a winner on these terms is found.

14. By entering the Prize Draw entrants agree to their name, details and photo being used in any future promotions and prize draws of Heritage Estate Agents

15. The winner of the competition must also be able to come into one of the Heritage Estate Agents to collect the prize and have their photo taken to be used on the website and through the Heritage Estate Agents social media channels.

16. By entering the competition entrants are giving permission to be contacted by Heritage Estate Agents. Permission can be withdrawn at any time by giving notice in writing addressed to the Promoter.

17. The competition starts on Monday 15^th June 2015 and closes at 6pm on Monday 13^th July 2015 and the winner will be announced shortly afterwards.

18. The name of the winner will be published on the Heritage Estate Agents website and social media accounts.
