Dear Richard I would just like to send my complements and thanks for the service I received from Mr Kia Moorcraft. I have just purchased my first property with him, 15 Little ham, Clevedon. This for me was a big decision as I am sure it is for everyone. I have recently moved down to the area from Sheffield for my new job. I am only 23 and at the time when I made my offer I had only been in Clevedon for two weeks. He was very patient with me and told me a lot about the area and he was very honest about the best areas to be in and the properties. As a result I now have a property which exceeds all my expectations and I am extremely happy there. Also he helped me a lot with the process after my offer had been accepted. This all went really smoothly, I had no problems what so ever he advised me who to speak to get the best mortgage and solicitors. I heard a lot of people saying how stressful it is buying a house. I did not find any part of the process stressful, It was very exciting and enjoyable and kia was there to help me when ever I had any questions. He was also very flexible in taking my calls out of his working hours just to fit in with my working hours.
