Ria & Martin - Dear Richard I would just like to send my complements and thanks for the service I received from Mr Kia Moorcraft. I have just purchased my first property with him, 15 Little ham, Clevedon. This for me was a big decision as I am sure it is for everyone. I have recently moved down to the area from Sheffield for my new job. I am only 23 and at the time when I made my offer I had only been in Clevedon for two weeks. He was very patient with me and told me a lot about the area and he was very honest about the best areas to be in and the properties. As a result I now have a property which exceeds all my expectations and I am extremely happy there. Also he helped me a lot with the process after my offer had been accepted. As you were aware time scales were important for the move, as, along with relocating into a new home, my wife and children are heading to China for a month at the end of March so it was really important to get into the house prior to this date. Although time is frantic, we wanted to pop you a brief mail to express our sincere thanks for your efforts over the past months. From our initial viewing way back in September through the negotiation to this point you have been a true professional and pleasure to deal with. I am aware that I was persistent, and maybe, just possibly a little impatient at times.
