Pill/Easton-in-gordano is a village community set in North Somerset popular due to being close to Bristol and approximately 1.5 miles from Junction 19 of the M5 Motorway.
Pill literally means creek or inlet off a river or channel or a small harbour, often tidal and occasionally used as a dock.
Pill/Easton-in-gordano has several shops in the centre for day-to-day needs, including a newsagents, supermarket, a small garden centre, several take-away restaurants and 5 public houses.
There are both Primary and Secondary schools within the area. St. Katherine's school, located in Ham Green has approximately 1000 students aged 11-18 and Crockerne Primary School, located in the village catering for Nursery to Year 6 pupils.
There is diversity in style of residential properties within the area.
